OS/2 is, from our experience, the most reliable PC operating system on the market. Particularly for continuous communications with other systems and news feeds, we feel OS/2 remains the best option for installations where the requirement for trouble-free operation and minimum downtime is paramount.

Windows NT is also becoming quite a good operating system in this context and because of its increasing market acceptance and the many compatibility options available, Eland will be porting the full functionality of its OS/2 servers to NT.
